Italian angler Luciana Gerardi caught this beautiful 11.09 kg (24 lb 7 oz) dentex (Dentex dentex) on October 31st that could possibly earn her a new world record. Gerardi was fishing off the coast of Budoni, Italy with Captain Alfonso Crispo when the hard-fighting dentex crushed the live mackerel she was trolling.
