13 held for cheating in DU �Ka� unit admission test

Acting Delegate of the college Prof M Amzad Ali said they were held from various exam fixates on Friday morning.

"They were trading SMS through cell phones and utilizing other electronic gadgets to cheat amid the exam," he said.

Those confined have been kept at the delegate's office. Lawful move would be made against them later, he included.

The exam for Ka unit was held from 10am to 11:30am at 87 bases inside and on DU grounds on Friday.

An aggregate 90,427 applicants sat for the exam for admission to DU Workforce of Science comprising 1,785 seats.

Utilization of cell phone and other specialized gadgets are denied inside the exam corridors.

Use of any sort of unjustifiable means amid the exam would come about into direct discipline through versatile courts watching on the spot, said the powers.
